By accessing or using ADA Check Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

We provide website accessibility and compliance audits. Each audit produces a PDF report identifying issues and providing recommendations. We do not fix issues – this is an audit-only service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization.

4. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are in USD
• Payment is processed by PayPal – subject to PayPal's terms
• You must provide accurate website URL at checkout
• Prices subject to change with notice

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if:

• Report not delivered within 48 hours (unless communicated delay)
• Material errors in the audit
• You're unsatisfied – no questions asked within 14 days of purchase

6. Report Delivery

Reports are delivered via email within 48 hours (business days). We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect email addresses.

7. Intellectual Property

Our reports, website content, and branding are protected by copyright. You receive a license to use the report for your internal business purposes only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share our reports without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Audit identifies ALL potential issues (no audit is 100% comprehensive)
• Following recommendations guarantees lawsuit protection
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADA CHECK PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Legal fees or lawsuit costs
• Amounts exceeding the fee paid for the specific audit

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. For US customers, this does not limit your statutory rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
